Rune summoning. Need rune fragments that can be obtained from attacking level 8-11 neutral forces. 1&2 star runes are the most summoned than three and four stars runes. The five star and six stars runes are the rarest. I have two, with one of it I do not reember how did I get it. Six star runes? Never seen one! I have read somewhere that it exists and the player who has it is untouchable.
All summoned runes start from level one. Melt one star to three star runes to get energy to level up four, five and six star runes.
Equip runes to cities to boost attack power, defense, shorten marching time and healing time.

This was obtained in the recent event but I don't remember which one. I got another five star rune of attack power.
This is one of the events that I can be in the top 20, top 10 even- once in a while. I always accumulate the rune fragments to some 150K and spent them all during the event.
