Very first puff pastry baking I did


I have bought a pack of frozen puff pastry for more than a month, and only baked it today😬😬 It was not hard at all, I did  ot even have to roll it thin😁😁 So I made two batches. The first one in the morning with some sausages rolled in it, and the the second batch as tea snack with some ham and spaghetti sauce. Freshly baked, it tasted so goooood 🤤🤤 In this picture though, the pastry was cut into 9 parts and I simply dump a dollop of St Dalfour black cherry jam. Wow, done in about 20 minutes and enjoyed eating it so much. Looking forward on what to make of the pastry next 🤩🤩
