After recuitment finishes, the Xmas monster will appear nearby your first city. You will receive a personal mail of the coordinate and a number of level 1 speed ups. Before attacking, make sure you have an ongoing training to receive one of the episodes obtained after attacking the Xmas monster.
The ongoing training will receive 10% extra troops, but time needed to recruit remains the same. Get points for event and get extra army to pay off your diligence 😁😁
Perform this recruitment in the 5th. city barracks since the recruitment time is reduced to 50%. just 2K in a go would be enough, then perform speed up.
Another way to obtain the splinter is by exchanging xmas decorations. So far I have exchanged 3 here. But this evening I think I should be exchanging the Drake's splinters since I am only 3 splinters short from his activation. Ha well, see if I could get more gingerbread boy decos tomorrow.
