So today I am trying to convince myself not to waste world energy on quest resulting in small XP. The 2nd stage cleared required 4 energy and gave away 1700 XP if not mistaken. So I took further action to complete the next stage which only required 6 energy at some 1500 guardian strength which is still very easy for me but not know yet how much XP it will result in. So, fingers crossed!
So, yeah, what a handsome XP rewarded. But still be aware that some of high world energy quests still do not reward you with your expectation of XP. Perhaps you could try to complete the second stage and evaluate the strength of guardian and compare it with the XP obtained, and consequently decide if you wish to take the next stage further.
