Upgrade the Training Camp to level 10 first before you could (have the chance to) train any.
Training takes 24 hours. You may get Rare heroes or lower ranks.
Well, if you have extra gems, just summon one and save the anxiety 😁
I am currently stuck here with 3 Rare heroes fully leveled up and ascended and the other two 2 stars heroes do not seem strong enough to defeat the guardians. They would have to consume quite a number of HP potions to make it through to the final waves, or use as much battle items as possible I should say.
