This Hero here has already fully ascended but could still be levelled up to imcrease its level of special skill. Example here, the skill is 6/8.

Same as Level Up, just choose any other Hero to train with him. Remember that after Heroes are chosen as training partners, they will be erased from the roster 😱😱 Note the Special level up chance percentage will depend on your rank of chosen heroes for training. I would advise to train more 2 star Heroes so you will get 100% chance of upskilling.
