Let's Cook Bendi Celur dengan Sambal Udang Garing (Blanched Lady's fingers with Fried dried shrimp sambal)

I went eating this cooking at The chicken rice shop restaurant last two months i guess it was so yummy. so i try to cook it. ingredients are just lady's fingers blanched, a few garlic, some dried shrimp and dried anchovies and a chilli with no seeds. Besides the lady's fingers,other ingredients are just pound into paste.
Shrimp paste is fried over slow fire until crunchy. 
Voila, looks nice and taste yummy. My do-not -give -me -chilli husband likes it very much too.
