Recruiting in the star level Sanctum will grant you 50% time cut.
I just use the Recruit Stone to increase the number of mages trained.
Then use Accelerated Recruitment to save 99% recruit time (which means only 1% of total time needed.)
Speed up the rest of recruit time.
Once we have used 1 Accelerated Recruitment, the Purgatory Scorpion will appear in the vicinity of your main city.
