I have bought this fish for quite some times and just left it kept in the freezer supposedly waiting for the right kind of cooking to savour it. This fish just melted in the pan so the best way to enjoy it is baked. So I still have some Portuguese grill. Marinated the fish with that for a while then on the grilling pan it went. Yum yum... Once in a while enjoying something out of everyday usuals. I buy this fish only when it is on sale and only the small ones. The cheapest I have bought was at RM8 per fish at Mydin's. CS supermarket has great range of fish selection and cheap too. So if you haven't tried shopping there perhaps tonight is a good time to try? 😀
