Inscription was introduced last year if I am not mistaken. The aim is to enhance a unit's e.g the swordsmen, the squire, the knights, the mages and the others- attack, defense points, healing capabilities, reduced recruitibg materials and even decreased gold needed to heal.
Go to the Dungeon to attack the eastern or the southern crypt.
These are the inscriptions in the southern crypt.

These are the soldiers defending both crypts and they are equally strong.
So these are 2 examples of attacks on the crypts. If we use stronger soldiers, the aftermath is not so devastating. Remember that my Jarvis is at level and he heightens the attack points of the infantry troops. I will show you how to use the inscriptions later.
