I really like one pot cooking because I am sometimes or most of the time perhaps too lazy to cook. Oke, strike the end part of that sentence please, miahaha! One of such a cooking is padprik. This serving contains lots of veggies actually- half a yellow capsicum, a small firm tomato, julienned carrot and zucchini. I only use like 6 pieces of prawns and one small cuttlefish, seasoned with tomyam spice and a bit of oyster sauce.
Just easy one time cooking and everybody is happy with the protein and veggies in it.
