Well I found this cool search hit just now. I would say that if you want better chance at items that you really hope to get, make sure your attacks on the dungeon are constant. Try to attack everyday as many times as possible. That 100 turns can refresh fully a few times. Obtaining favourable items from low level dungeon challenges seem easier than the higher level ones.
Get ready for massive troop loss on the Trial Grounds though.
