Ok now can take advantage of creating the fifth city. I have been saving the Divine statue for a couple of months, waiting for the time to build my fifth city.
Creating the fifth city would need the usual resources and 30 Divine statues which are not stated in the Required list. Congratulations, Helen Mirren is currently a city!
