Probably my boy's first homework and mommy did not know how to move him into getting it done! I brought him home later in the evening and we had dinner at 6 as usual, eating noodles in chicken broth. When daddy got home, mommy showed him Farhan's first writing exercise proudly, but then daddy flipped the next page and showed mommy the 'homework' stamp in red. Mommy asked Farhan to complete it upstairs away from tv, baby brother and toys. He was only interested in colouring the small picture and refused to do the writing exercise. Then he started crying. Adoi! Mommy immediately panicked! Feeling angry, mommy dragged him downstairs. He sat on the couch watching his usual Disney Junior and mommy went back to feed baby brother and herself. After that, Farhan wanted an apple. Mommy peeled one and while he was eating, mommy tried saying nice things about him, gave him a cuddle and talked him into doing the exercise. After he was done with eating, mommy pulled the coffee table to the couch and asked him to do the homework. Mommy had to hold his hand while he was writing. He was doing it by himself, just want mommy to hold his hand.
