yeah, not well today. been throwing up everything I ate since 8a.m. Farhan had a mild vomitting last Thursday and I thought I would experience the same like before- when baby is not well, mummy will follow suit. so I did a little research on the net and combining it with past experience- today could only eat soft food, best if it is watery, just drink a little water each time, take Smecta 3 times and plenty of rest. vomitting stopped as soon as diarrhoea started and took my first Smecta of the day. I feel a lot better now. baby is sleeping well today as if he knows that mummy needs to rest.
