This is one dessert that I haven't had for a few years. It was a good experience tasting some last year at one of the many pot luck parties at my workplace. A few weeks ago, I wanted to eat this rice flour pudding so bad that I have to call my mother and asked her how to make some. I saw an ad in the papers showing a pudding that look quite like it.
