shallots
lemongrass
some chilli peppers
small amount of oil
All ingredients are ground until smooth.
Fish is steamed for about 15 minutes.
Bought it at 50 bucks and comes in 2 tiers.
Bunga kantan sauce is also siutable for other seafood gravy.
