Marinated about 10 minutes in bunga kantan sauce.

Bunga kantan sauce-
1 small bunga kantan
shallots
lemongrass
some chilli peppers
small amount of oil
All ingredients are ground until smooth.


Fish is steamed for about 15 minutes.



Bought it at 50 bucks and comes in 2 tiers.

Bunga kantan sauce is also siutable for other seafood gravy.
