Ingredients:
57g cornstarch
76g sugar
pinch of salt
3 cups whole milk
170g semi-sweet chocolate, coarsely chopped (or good chocolate chips)
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Cooking:

Cooking:
- Combine the cornstarch, sugar and salt in large bowl
- Slowly whisk in the milk
- Place the bowl on top of a double boiler over gently simmering water and stir occasionally
- Add in the chocolate after 15 to 20 minutes. Continue stirring until the pudding is smooth and thickened
- Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla- done!
