蒲松齡 Po Chung Ling

Po Chung Ling is the heir of Po Family New Year Paintings business. His mother, Wai Yan passed away of illness when he was a little boy. In Po Family, there's father Po and his second wife Wing Han, their son Hok Ling, Chung Ling's cousin Pak Ling and his wife Pik Yuk, and Chung Ling's uncle on his mother's side Chi Ming and His wife Po Yin. HokLing has been ill since he was born.
One day, Chung Ling brought Hok Ling to fly kite. While Chung Ling was talking to his friends Ko Jit and Sam Yu, Hok Ling's kite flew away and he decided to get it back himself. When Chung Ling realized that Hok Ling was gone, Hok Ling was already unconscious down a slope not too far away.
Sam Yu who happens to have some knowledge of medical treatment from her father tried to treat Hok Ling and she discovered that Hok Ling may have gotten this illness since he was in the womb. Someone must have spiked Wing Han's food when she was pregnant with Hok Ling. When this matter was brought up at dinner, they remembered that Chi Ming once prepared a soup for Wing Han. When asked, he said that he must have mistakenly added a medication for him into Wing Han's soup. This caused a stir in the family.
Sam Yu and Ko Jit continued their investigation at the temple where Chung Ling's birth mother, Wai Yan used to go to. She used to keep her wish list at the temple which is quite impossible to find amongst the thousands of wish lists that were kept. Then SamYu remembered that Wing Han once told her that she used to dream about Wai Yan giving her the painting of The Heroes of Liang Shan, the clue to find where did Wai Yan place her wish list.
In her wish list, Wai Yan actually asked her brother Chi Ming to spike Wing Han's food so that she would miscarry her child and never conceive again. Wai Yan did this because she was too afraid that as a stepmother, Wing Han will not love and care for her son Chung Ling when she has her own child.
