Gifts for Teachers' Day this year. Notice the pens? Oh yeah, we need them, especially the red ones. But this year I just got one and it's already in my pencil case. Thanks to the students who have thought of me- your favourite teacher.This year's celebration was quite adequate with selected performances from students and three speacial features from teachers. Last year, all 11 classes put up a performance and only 2-3 performances were suitable for the ceremony. However, food this year was bad. Having to pay the caterer (which is also the canteen owner- unfortunately!) 7 bucks for a meal, just having kampung style cuisine without any starters was too much. Even the cendol dessert was too thin. And for the record, kek yang kantin bagi tu pun taklah semahal (apatah lagi sesedap) mana!
Anyway, thanks to all of my colleagues who have made today's celebration easy and cheery!
