Do not open that pack of M**gie just yet!

My record shows that I have not been sharing recipes for a very, very long time. Well, I guess I am pretty much inspired by one of Jamie Oliver's shows. Let's share a recipe of a pasta meal that is healthier than that pack of instant noodles.

What do you need:
100g spaghetti
1-2 cloves of garlic
1 medium red tomato
some shredded carrots
2-3 slices of chicken breast
1 tablespoon tenpura flour
1 tablespoon of black pepper sauce
2 tablespoon of oil
chicken seasoning and salt to taste
cheese topping

How do you cook:
1. Cook spaghetti according to the instruction.
2. Prepare other ingredients while the spaghetti is cooking, usually about 10 minutes.
3. Dice the tomato and crush the garlic.
4. Cut chicken slices into smaller chunks and mix with tenpura flour.
5. Check on spaghetti. Start cooking the sauce when the spaghetti is almost done.
6. Fry chicken in hot oil. This will take about 2 minutes.
7. Stir in garlic until golden.
8. Stir in shredded carrots.
9. Stir in black pepper sauce and tomato for about 1 minute. Add in chicken seasoning and salt to taste.
10. Slow the fire down, strain the spaghetti and stir it into the sauce.
11. Some liquid may be added according to the consistency of sauce that you prefer.
12. Just 1 minute of stirring the spaghetti in the sauce and it is ready to be served.
13. Top with some cheese.
