What's good for dinner tonight?

I feel really full, if not bloated, after quite a light meal actually. Some mushroom soup as the appetizer, then fish steak deep fried a la tenpura, seasoned with some curry powder as the main course, not forgetting some lettuce coated lightly with mayonnaise, and 2 - 3 table spoon of white rice, and topped with some cranberry juice at the end of the meal.
Cooking time was just about 45 minutes. Not forgetting to mention the pretty colour scheme on the plate when the meal is put together. Bon appétit!
