Do you usually have coffee or tea in the morning? May be you could forget about them for a while or may be immediately adopt better beverage in the morning.
Try milk. But milk alone is boring indeed.
So, make it better by flavouring it with some juice- freshly squeezed ones, but if you don't have time to go fresh, the ones taken out from the cartons are good enough. For better taste as well, drink fresh milk and not the low-fats (anyway, it's up to your taste (or conscience!) But, not all the juice taste fine with milk. The best must be mango. Some other tasty flavours include guava, banana, passion fruit (not so much juice though), papaya and grapefruit. Pineapple, if you like, is somewhat stinging for me.
If you find adding up juice is still too boring, add some yoghurt to your morning milk. Choose the flavoured yoghurt of your favourite but not too much- just 2-3 tablespoon for a cup of milk.
And try these flavoured milk with muesli. Because the flavoured milk is slightly sweet with added juice or yoghurt, I prefer my muesli to contain less sultanas or raisins.
