Why number 1 is Always Good For You

You always want to be number one in your class. You want to get a first class honour degree. You want to be the first to do everything. Number 1 has always been good. Do you know how good it could be? Forget about everything I mentioned just now. Let’s focus on something simpler, like eating.
Now, what has number 1 got to do with eating? It’s simply taking food only in a very small proportion. It could be a big proportion too anyway. For example, an ice cream lover would take a generous bowl of ice cream rather than a spoonful of it. But if you are looking after what you’re eating, a plentiful bowl of fattening foods is out of the question. Let’s review how useful number one could be in determining the amount of pleasuring food you could take.
Some people like some foods that they must take it everyday. It could get worse if it’s taken a few times a day. Then, they regretted they have eaten it. They could fast the whole day the next day, or they could vomit everything out that instance. Fasting might be a better choice, but vomiting is absolutely bad. For your information, gastric acid irritates oesophagus while you vomit out your stomach contents. You will feel a little sore for a short while due to the irritation. This, in long term, could cause inflammation to the oesophageal mucosa.
You could however, eat everything you desire without feeling guilty. How to enjoy dessert each time? Eat 1 scoop of ice cream or 1 thin slice of cake or 1 cube of chocolate or 1 small pudding. How to enjoy most food at parties each time? Take 1 spoon of all the foods you could see on the buffet table. Isn’t that satisfying? Try to discipline yourself. It’s not very hard. Plan what should be taken once after meal, once a day, once a week, and once a month. For example, consume 1 small cup (that’s about 100ml) of yoghurt drink after meal, have 1 cube of chocolate once a day, drink 1 cup of favourite coffee each morning, eat a slice of cake once in a week, and eat greasy burgers once a month. To make sure you benefit from this plan, do enjoy your guilt-causing food at the time you’ll be the most satisfied taking them in small proportion. That’s why munching on potato chips after a fight with your boyfriend or anybody, really; will never help you succeed your diet plan. As for me, dinner after a refreshing bath is always good. Having dinner is actually good for you so don’t skip it. But do have it at an earlier time of the night though. Another good note is to make food as satisfying as it could be. In other words, make it as delicious as possible so that you will be satisfied with a bite. You may want to have more, but hey, would you rather eat a lot now and not able to eat it anymore later, or would you like to have it all your life? You may want to consider sharing sometimes, especially when you have an unexpected visit to the fast food restaurant (that’s when your friend asks you to one after you had one and you just couldn’t avoid it). A company will make you feel good by the way, but not because you could share the guilt though!
So, number 1 is good for us after all. Good luck.
