I thought many lines don't make sense, but my friend said it doesn't always need to be made sense. Some paragraphs don't make sense because there is actually two songs. The first few lines and the chorus is orignally taken from Wan Fang's song Xin Bu Liao Qing (New Endless Love). It's a song used in the film of the same title, with Lau Qing Wan as the leading man and Anita Yuan Yong Yi as the leading woman. I knew nothing about this movie since it was first released. Only after I have listened to this song, and some times after that, watched a close up show with Lau Qing Wan that I came to notice the song Xin Bu Liao Qing ( I mean about the existence of the woman's voice in Chris' song. I thought it was Na Ying singing it).
