I just met a promoter friend, Mimi from my previous job. She dropped by to return the CDs I lent her. She didn’t just brought the CDs, but also some stories with her.
It looks like the culprit to the circulating problems at the store is one of the promoters, May who happens to be the niece to one of the supervisors. She’s been poisoning the mind of the superiors that she knows to fire and transfer a few promoters at the store. The store just hired 2 new promoters last week and one already resigned, partly because she knew she was going to be fired. The other promoter is still not given the chance to write the bills, which means she still cannot earn the commission, and she’s been working for a week! Is that cruelty or what? Mimi was threatened to work at other branch of the store because she was spotted entertaining some friends at work. As if May never talked to people while working. She also went out of the store a lot to buy stuff and see people. She accused all the promoters of not serving the customers well, but I have never seen her served one. It was always the customers who had to look for her while she kept on telling us to look after the customers. How dare her!
