I cook lunch for my friends today.

Green Curry

Ingredients:
half a chicken
2 packets of coconut milk powder stirred in two cups of water
15 green chillies de-seeded
2 cloves of garlic sliced
5 shallots sliced
6 slices of ginger
2 slices of galangal
a lemon grass
3/4 cinnamon stick
spices- star anise, cardamon seeds, clove pepper- all used 2-3

Steps:
1. Prepare chicken in small portions.
2. Grind chillies, garlic, shallots, ginger, galangal and lemon grass.
3. Heat some oil and sauté cinnamon stick and other spices until fragrant.
4. Add in the ground ingredients until half dried.
5. Add in the chicken for about 10 minutes.
6. Add in the coconut milk and stir for some times until gravy is cooked.
7. Will take about 20 minutes to cook.
